These sessions will keep you moving and get you fast and fit in no time. Specifically designed programming for mums, (no skipping, no running), with fantastic results. All levels catered for, from complete beginners to seasoned members. These sessions are ‘child friendly’ in that we don’t use dangerous weights or barbells. Touchdown Toddler sessions are perfect for the children that still want to hang out next to mum or even have cuddles during the workout.
