Run F’it is for 3 types of people:

  1. You want to learn how to run, (yes, this is definitely a skill you can improve on with the right coaching)
  2. You want to improve your pace/running, (ie. You want to run faster than your partner, friends or kids)
  3. You want to talk about your run at the water dispenser or on social media, (please refrain from taking selfies until the end of the session)

This early morning class is the ultimate ‘get up and go’ start to your day. The sessions are high intensity, high cardio and tons of fun. ‘Run F’it’ caters for all levels of fitness and abilities and is guaranteed to get your day off to a cracking start! PT Wongy has enough morning energy to get anyone up and running!
